Q: What kind of items do you accept?
We welcome high quality, pre-owned womenswear, accessories and select homeware. Think modern and well-crafted, not fast fashion.

Q: How do I sell with you?
Visit our sell with us page to find out more about the process. Or if you' ready to sell, complete the seller form here. We'll review your items and guide you through the process.

Q: How much do I earn from each sale?
Earnings depend on the item and selling method (buy or consignment), you'll get between 50-70% of the final selling price. We'll confirm your percentage once your items are accepted. You can read more here.

Q: How do I know what condition the item is in?
Every item is checked before being added to the website and we want to make it easy to quickly see what the condition of each item is, so we have created a condition rating scale. Find more about this here.

Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes, customers have 14 days to return eligible items. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page. For sellers, we'll notify you of any returns and discuss next steps.

Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the UK. International shipping is coming soon.
