Shipping 

• We ship across the UK using tracked courier
• Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Free shipping on orders over £100

You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns

We want you to love your item and create new stories with them, but if something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return:

1. Email us at hello@itssecondstory.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you return instructions
3. Items must be returned in original condition with any tags or packaging

Please note:

• Return shipping is at the customer's cost (unless faulty/not as described)
• Refunds are processed once the items are received and inspected
• Some items marked final sale may not be returnable - this will be clearly noted

Non-Returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

• Earrings
  
• Swimwear / Underwear

Please note: as a resale platform, some of these items may have been previously worn. We carefully inspect all products before listing, and condition details will always be stated in the description. If an item is brand new (unworn), this will be clearly noted.
